These General Contracting Conditions (hereinafter, “CGC”) govern the relationship between the user (hereinafter, “the user”) and Mr. Angel Alberto Rosso Pellisso, with address at c/ Magistrado Salvador Barbera, 1, 3-H, CP 29010, Malaga, (hereinafter, “Meer Hout”). The reading of the present GTC is a necessary and previous condition for the formalization of the purchase of any article or product through the URL www.meer-hout.com.

The GTC allow the user to be aware of some important characteristics of the service provided by Meer Hout, such as customer service, delivery service and guarantees that Meer Hout provides directly or indirectly (hereinafter, as a whole, “the service”).

9. Right of termination and withdrawal
